Evidently the pockets of these corrupt politicians are always open for a handout.  On August 22, 2016 the State AG revised his opinion.  It is the opinion of this author that pre-screening the videos by a contractor does violate the law  as the contractor is clearly determining if a violation may have occurred and only sending those videos that they believe contain a violation to authorized law enforcement officers for review.   If the contractor was submitting ALL VIDEOS for officer review then the legality might be legitimate.
