Interesting wording where if you pay it then there are no points and it cannot be used to increase your insurance rates and then farther down it says if you don’t pay it, similar wording and doesn’t affect your credit rating. Also if you want to take it to court and challenge it, they want to charge you $225 (fine and court costs) if you lose. This sure sounds like a big money making racket.
